If you already have impressions – for example from a previous order – or if you want several pieces of jewellery from the same impressions, then one set is enough for all pieces. You can create a return label at any time in our shop.

Single-sided: a print on the front; you can customize the back for free. Double-sided: a print on both the front and back, with no customization.

No, one set is enough. It contains enough silicone for up to five impressions. If you need more attempts, you can reorder additional silicone.

Classic measures 12 mm, Large 16 mm. For cat noses and small dog noses, Classic is usually sufficient. If you want to include the nostrils of larger dogs on the pendant, we recommend Large. But you can always choose both. When creating your piece, we always take a section of your imprint in the shape & size you have chosen.

You can freely design both sides: a nose or paw print, the footprint of a mouse, rat, or hamster, a piece of your horse's facial hair, your tortoise's shell, or a loved one's fingerprint – anything is possible.

Yes, with the double-sided option. You can use the same print on both sides or two different ones – for example, one per animal. However, combining multiple prints on one side is not possible.

The fine gold content: 8 ct contains 33.3%, 14 ct 58.5%, and 18 ct 75% pure gold. 8 ct is particularly robust for everyday wear, 14 ct combines durability with a higher gold content, and 18 ct is considered particularly high-quality.

We do not hallmark our silver pieces – a hallmark can impair the delicate impression and there is no legal obligation to do so in Germany. If you would like a hallmark, please let us know. Solid gold pieces bear the fineness mark on the side of the pendant. We are obliged to mark items for deliveries to Switzerland; the mark measures only about 1 mm.

No. We immortalize real impression structures one to one and do not engrave – for this, we always need a physical, hardened impression.

That doesn't matter. We always work with a section in the shape and size you choose – the impression size is therefore not critical.
